In the first part of our presentation, Brandon Levine, Manager of Sales Development at ID Automation explains how Identity Infused Automation is a new way to think about how teachers and administrations will be able to individualize learning due to the fact that the identity itself contains encapsulated traits of the student, accumulating additional data while helping to make the student ID secure.
Then, Leilani Cauthen, Publisher and CEO at The Learning Counsel, explains what you need to know to kickstart motivation and engagement for your online learner. Based on the landmark work by Richard LaVoie, Cauthen brings the discussion up to date, unwrapping motivation in the time of the Coronavirus pandemic. According to Cauthen, “Tech can motivate when it's done well. You can let tech do a lot of motivation in a hybrid learning environment. It is spectacularly scripted when is professional grade. There's a whole thing about how tech motivates that if you just sort of opened your eyes and you start looking at the software you're using, you'll understand. The appeal to the mind of the student to navigate and be involved has a lot of variation based on age and also motivation.”
