The prestigious award is based entirely on what current employees say about their experiences working at Renaissance. Overall, 90 percent of employees said Renaissance is a great place to work—33 points higher than the average U.S.-based company.

Certification is a two-step process that includes surveying employees and completing a short questionnaire.
