Three-day event in May 2020 features keynote speakers Elena Aguilar, Adolph Brown, and Anthony Kim

The Education Elements Summit 2020 brings together a vibrant community of innovative district and school leaders, student-centered learning practitioners, design thinkers, researchers, philanthropists and change-makers, all dedicated to transforming education. About the speakers:
Elena Aguilar is the founder and president of Bright Morning consulting, an international education, coaching and consulting firm. She has trained thousands of educators across the United States and abroad and has authored four highly-acclaimed books: “The Art of Coaching,” “The Art of Coaching Teams,” “Onward: Cultivating Emotional Resilience in Educators,” and the “Onward Workbook.” Aguilar has 25 years of experience as a classroom teacher, instructional coach and leadership coach working in diverse school environments. She also co-founded Kenya Big Picture Learning and is on the advisory board of UC Berkeley’s Greater Good Science Center.
Dr. Adolph Brown, III is an educator, author, research-scientist, businessman and a much sought-after speaker on the issues of unconscious bias, equity, diversity and inclusion. He is best known for inspiring all who hear him to learn, laugh and lead, while as an implicit bias speaker simultaneously reducing unconscious bias at every turn. He is also a leading provider of anti-bias training in business and education. Dr. Brown knows that understanding structural inequities is only the start; dismantling the foundations from which these structures are built leads to solutions.
Anthony Kim is a nationally-recognized speaker and Corwin Press bestselling author of publications, including “The New Team Habits,” “The New School Rules,” and “The Personalized Learning Playbook.” He writes on topics such as the future of work, leadership and team motivation, improving the way we work, and innovation in systems-based approaches to organizations and school design. In 2010 he founded Education Elements, a trusted partner and consultant to more than 1,000 schools nationwide.
