Book Retriever is a SaaS application dedicated to helping teachers find the right book for each individual student. Classroom teachers often have a large collection of books in their room that students can checkout to read. Most teachers have a poor organizational system and struggle to find books that improve the reading skills of all their students. The Book Retriever application catalogs their physical library and allows them to track which student has which book checked-out. The database of books includes over 600,000 leveled books. A teacher can view the reading history of a student and find their next checkout based on the leveling information. This ensures every student is checking out a book they’ll want to read and will improve their skills.

Here’s what users are saying:

Book Retriever has changed the culture of my classroom. My kids love to search for books online and have taken ownership of the check in/check out system. I would recommend Book Retriever to every teacher who has a classroom library!

Book Retriever not only helps me manage my growing classroom library, but it also helps me find just the right books for students' reading level and interest. I decided to assign "locations" by genre, so I could easily find books to match a student's interest. Sometimes, though, I need a book on a particular level; it's so easy to search my collection by level online to find the perfect match for a student.

We're loving using Book Retriever to manage the collection in our new book room! Checkout is simple and convenient. Teachers can search for books by level or by subject without setting foot in the book room, which is a tremendous help in planning. Book Retriever has really helped us to organize and keep track of our collection.
