There is a one time $195 set-up fee plus $3 per user 1 credit = 1 user (chaperones, admin, students). Travelers have an unlimited number of trips for the duration of the calendar schol year purchased (resets in July each year).

When purchasing your license with Apperone you’ll receive personalized 1:1 support where we’ll join you on a video call and walk you through setting up and managing your first trip. They also include quickstart guides for parents, chaperones, and admin, as well as video tutorials.
